As President and CEO of Detroit Public Television, Ritschard (Rich) Homberg oversees one of the largest public television stations in the country - a position he has held since 2008.  Prior to joining DPTV, Homberg led WWJ Newsradio 950, a CBS owned-and-operated station, and launched Detroit’s sports radio, WXYT.

 

A graduate of Leadership Detroit, Homberg is also a member of the Citizens Advisory Council at the University of Michigan Dearborn and a Community Fellow at Michigan State University.

 

Homberg lives in Bloomfield Hills with his wife Tracey of 30 years, and his son, Nick.

                              Services for Refugees

Rev. Ken Fouty is an Ordained Pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and Lead Pastor of a Lutheran church in Clawson.

 

He serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Samaritas' "New American Services" division, which provides refugee resettlement services.  Samaritas is the largest provider of such services in Michigan. 

 

Rev. Fouty's role is also to educate and advocate for one of the most vulnerable populations in the world, displaced refugees.
