Thomas Libby and Mark Seng, Directors for IHS Automotive
Records Fall: New Vehicle Industry Overview

Mark Seng is the Global Aftermarket Practice Leader for IHS Automotive. He is
responsible for leading the company’s global aftermarket product development
strategy.
Seng began his automotive career in 1984 and has over 30 years’ experience in both the
North America and global aftermarket business. Prior to IHS Automotive, he held various
positions in distribution, sales, international marketing, and product management for
Federal-Mogul.
He resides in West Bloomfield where he is active in both automotive industry causes as well
as with his church and the Boy Scouts of America.
Tom Libby serves as Manager of both Loyalty Solutions and Industry Analysis, focusing on the U.S. new and used vehicle industries. In this role he provides data and analysis to several automotive clients, and he also gives data and commentary to the media.
He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and industry analysis in the U.S. new and used vehicle markets. Mr. Libby currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Automotive Analysts, and served as president of this organization in 2009.
Mr. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Amherst College and an MBA in marketing from Columbia University. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Market Research at Pepperdine University.

Lisa Mammoser, M.A., CCC/SLP has worked for Beaumont Health for over 25 years. She has specialized in working with adults who have sustained brain injuries (from an accident, stroke, tumor, etc) as well as those individuals diagnosed with dementia. Her job entails doing diagnostic evaluations as well as treatment. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and her Master’s degree from Wayne State University.

Heidi Osborn, M.S., CCC/SLP received her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and her Master of Science from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has worked in a variety of settings including: skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and long-term care for adults with traumatic brain injury. Heidi is currently working with adults who have sustained concussions, traumatic brain injuries, general cognitive deficits, dementia, and stroke. In addition, Heidi also works with adolescents to facilitate speech, language, a cognitive development.
