Richard Shapack is a member of the Michigan, Florida and American Bar Associations and Past Chair of the Federal Taxation of Real Estate Committee. In addition to law he is actively involved in acquisition and ownership of real estate ventures. His company, RSM Development and Management, owns and operates approximately 1 million square feet of real estate properties in SE Michigan. Richard is past president of the Harvard Business School Club of Michigan, past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Lighthouse of Oakland County and past President of the Birmingham Rotary Club. He is on the Professional Advisory Board of the Community Foundation of SE Michigan. Richard is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, the Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law and the Harvard Business School.

Commander Wes House is a native of Stuttgart, Arkansas. He enlisted in the Navy as a submarine sonar technician in 1988 and went on to serve on the USS Augusta (SSN 710) and USS Greenville (SSN 772).  As a second class petty officer, Commander House was selected for the seaman to admiral program, with a commission from officer candidate school in 1996.  He graduated from the University of San Diego in 2006 and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. House served on USS Russell (DDG 59) as damage control assistant; USS Mobile Bay as weapons control and combat systems officer; Carrier Strike Group Eleven as Sea Strike Officer; and USS Hawes (FFG 53) and USS San Diego (LPD 22) as executive officer.   On shore he served at Naval Mine and Anti-submarine Warfare Command (NMAWC) San Diego as a member of the carrier strike group anti-submarine warfare training team. He also served as chief staff officer of Task Force FIVE TWO, an operational mine warfare staff in Bahrain.  Cmdr. House's personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with two gold stars, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with three gold stars, and various campaign and unit awards.

Before joining Marketing Associates, Mark Petroff was a Partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Deloitte. He served as the global leader for the practice's Automotive industry segment. Mark served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy's Submarine Force. His experience included training assignments in the Nuclear Propulsion Program, engineering assignments at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, and operational duty aboard a nuclear-powered submarine. Mark is also active in many charitable and professional organizations including serving on the Board of Directors of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Commissioning Committee for the USS Detroit (LCS-7), Automotive Hall of Fame and the University of Michigan Greater Detroit Campaign Leadership Council. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Aerospace Engineering with Merit from the United States Naval Academy.
